Montway Ltd have completed the Design and construction of 25 luxury apartments in the heart of Battersea with 2nr retail units at ground level. Works comprised of demolition of an existing Public house, erection of a five storey plus basement building. Each luxury apartment has been designed and constructed to lifetime homes design and code for sustainable homes level 4. Additional external landscape improvements will also be carried out on this project.
